Aberness Recruitment Agency was established in June 2015. We have contracts with NHS Scotland and NHS Highland for Hospitals and Care Homes as well as private care homes and Support Services.

We provide registered nurses, senior support workers and support workers/health care assistants for temporary placements to hospitals, care homes, residential homes and assisted living services.

We offer healthcare organisations ad-hoc placements, short or long-term placements and last-minute shift cover. We have a substantial amount of staff on our register and actively recruit local staff on an on going basis.

We realise and understand the complex issues facing healthcare providers and professionals. We are committed to offering an efficient level of service and care.
